This article is to expose Mr.Rick Contreras who claims to be an Amazon Consultant but in reality, He is a Fraudster and Scammer. The overall purpose of this article is to make others aware that no one should provide service to this self-proclaimed Entrepreneur who owes us our service Fee of YouTube Verification. We are a PR agency offering various PR Services that include Feature Articles, Social Media Verification, Online Reputation Management, and Youtube Verification. We successfully got his Youtube Channel having just 1 video Verified ( Please note that: Youtube Verified Badge can be seen from Desktop or Browser Only. Youtube Mobile doesn’t show a verified badge of anyone when viewed through Mobile ). We tried following him up with multiple emails and messages on Whatsapp, through email, and Facebook messenger but he kept ignoring our request for payment.
Latest Update: He blocked us from Instagram and Twitter. Yes, He can only Block us. This is how Scammers prevent public humiliation. We have drafted the Timeline of our conversation with a screenshot as proof which you can read below:

TIMELINE WITH FRAUDSTER RICK CONTRERAS
- Rick Contreras has published a lot of Paid PR interviews and feature articles about himself in various publications which we saw on his social media. It is a clear indication that he was looking to get verified and publishing paid interviews is always a shortcut to getting verified which everyone knows in PR Industry. One of the sales representatives approached him through his Facebook Page and asked him if he is looking to get verified on Youtube. Rick has a Youtube Channel with 1 Video and a few subscribers. We assured him that we can verify any Youtube Channel without the requirement of subscribers and videos and commercial details which he will pay only after his Youtube Channel is verified. He agreed to it because there was no upfront involved for our services.
- Our Sales representative mailed him all the details of our “Youtube Verification” to his official Email – info@rickcontreras.biz. As he was slow in his communication through his email, we asked for his Whatsapp for faster communication for which he shared +1 310 704 3357. We had multiple conversations through WhatsApp and email for confirmation of the service to proceed further. We trusted him and processed his Youtube Channel for Verification.
- We verified his Youtube Channel in 3 days and mailed him regards to this with payment details. For which he had a query that his Channel cannot be seen verified in Youtube Search. We asked him to wait for a few days as Youtube takes time to update its search result with the newly verified channels. We explained to him how Youtube Works and eventually his Channel with a verified badge will be updated in Search Result.
- He asked us to wait for the payment till he sees the verified Badge on Youtube Search meanwhile he was keen on verifying his Instagram and Facebook and we had a WhatsApp Call where our sales representatives explained to him the process and the reason why he is not getting verified. We asked him to send all his Paid Interviews and Feature Articles so we can review them and send the proposal accordingly to verify his Instagram and Facebook. He mailed us all the Paid Links that he did.
- Meanwhile, in 72 hours, his verified Youtube Channel got updated in Youtube Search and his verified badge can be seen on all his videos, channels, and everywhere on Youtube. We mailed him the below screenshot for clearing our outstanding as promised.
- He royally ignored our request to make the payment. We kept messaging him through Email, Whatsapp, and Facebook. We reminded him multiple times about the payment. He pretends to be offline on Whatsapp but never bothered to reply once for the payment update.
We advise everyone to Beware of this Fraudster who acts like a Consultant and Professional but eventually will Fraud you.
